Commercial Roofing Long Beach - CVS Building Roofed With Single Ply PVC
This commercial roofing Long Beach project was a great team effort by Level 1 Roofing and the building owners in providing a long-lasting no dollar limit warranty commercial flat roof. This particular roofing installation was for an existing building that has been remodeled. Level 1 Roofing was contracted to install a warrantied GAF single-ply PVC roof. We laid a foundation of Den’s Deck down before mechanically attaching the PVC membrane rolls and heat welding the seams to be fully water-tight. The Den’s Deck allows for the roof to have a class A fire rating. Very important to have a fire resistant roof in the LA area.
This bright white commercial roof system will cut energy costs drastically compared to a darker hot-mop or built-up roofing system, especially in the Long Beach / Los Angeles sun. Not only does the bright white reflect 87 percent of solar energy. The EverGuard PVC also has a .88 emissivity value. Both the reflective and emissive value are from 3rd party testing agency ASTM. These values well exceed energy star and California’s Title 24 regulations for cool roofing and energy savings.
On the environmental side, single-ply roofing is a much green alternative to using an older system like an asphalt built-up roof. Not only in the previously mentioned cool roof energy factor but also in the material itself as well as the installation process. Chevron in Beaumont – TPO roof system & Standing Seam Metal
For this commercial/retail single-ply TPO and standing seam metal new construction roofing project Level 1 Roofing was hired to do the job. We completed the 20 Year GAF NDL warranty for the TPO roof system. This Chevron gas station, convenience store, and car wash is now open to the public of Beaumont and the surrounding communities. This was the commercial property owners first time choosing to try a single-ply roofing system like TPO instead of a built-up asphalt based roof. The reflective and bright white of the TPO roof keeps the roof and building cooler than other traditional roofing methods such as BUR or EPDM. We used a mechanically attached 60 Mil Everguard GAF TPO and accessories to finish this new construction project. At Level 1 Roofing we noticed a large momentum swing toward more environmentally friendly and renewable materials in new construction roofing and tenant improvement projects and plans. Level 1 Roofing hopes to advance that trend as we push towards these better options especially on larger commercial roofing projects. Single-Ply PVC roofing system and siding at the AutoZone in Littlerock, CA
New Construction Single-Ply Membrane Project
This project in Littlerock, CA included both a GAF PVC 50 mil roofing system installed over polyiso along with siding on this new construction build. PVC roofing systems are long lasting performance roofing membranes that have been around for longer than you may think. The first PVC roof membrane was formulated in the late 1960’s but didn’t start catching on until the 1970’s. PVC roofs have been shown to have 30 plus year of durability. Newer formulations have been improved since early days in regards to temperature performance.
Adding walk-pad to a single ply membrane roof helps prolongs the longevity of the roof, especially in high traffic areas. Constant servicing of HVAC units can wear on the roof but walk-pad helps alleviate that issue.

Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement – Black Bear Diner Arden St, Sacramento
Black Bear Diner decided to open up a location on Arden St., renovating a former Coco’s Restuarant. Level 1 Roofing was contracted to install a standing seam metal roof replacement, removing the old shingles and installing green metal roofing. Synthetic underlayment was placed between the plywood and the panels of metal roofing on top. This signature green used at nearly all of the Black Bear Diner locations was key to make sure the look is consistent. Metal roofs not only look great but also provide several decades of protection. The price for a metal roof typically runs higher than other sloped roofing materials, such as concrete tile or comp shingles. The quality and waterproofing of a metal standing seam roof is well worth the investment. All roofs will require maintenance at some point but a properly installed metal roof by a licensed contractor requires little attention compared to other comparable roofing materials. The Barn at Wildomar – Silicone Coating
Level 1 Roofing was tasked with a two-building, commercial roof restoration project. Located on Clinton Keith Road, Wildomar, CA 92595, right near the 15 freeway. The owners/management of the buildings agreed to restore the leaky roofs with GE Enduris High Solids Silicone.
Once the contract was inked, Level 1 Roofing professionals went to work prepping the roofs by pressuring washing the surface for maximum adhesion. Followed by sealing penetrations (drains, HVAC, vents, pipes) on the roofs with GE Seam Sealant. The final step is applying the one coat GE Silicone system to the roof, in this case with 18-inch rollers and brushes.
The final result is two beautiful white sealed roofs with a 20-year warranty.

After calling a few other roofing contractors, Level 1 Roofing, was hired to seal this Sky Canyon Drive building in Murrieta, CA with GE Enduris High Solids Silicone.
Once the contract was inked, Level 1 Roofing professionals went to work prepping the roofs by pressuring washing the surface for maximum adhesion. Followed by sealing penetrations( drains, HVAC, vents, pipes) on the roofs with GE Seam Sealant. The final step is applying the one coat GE Silicone system to the roof, in this case with a silicone spreader and rollers.

Spring Valley Shopping Center Roof Restoration
Initially, the owner of this large multi-business commercial shopping center was interested in a single-ply TPO roof system. After visiting the roof we proposed 2 bids, TPO, and roof restoration using high solids silicone coating.

Commercial Roofing Restoration in Temecula, CA – Silicone Coating on Warehouse
On this particular commercial roofing Temecula, CA warehouse project, Level 1 Roofing proposed two different bids for the building owners. The building size, shape, layout, and condition of the previous roof made this an excellent candidate for restoration with GE Enduris silicone coating. The other option proposed was a single-ply TPO roof. TPO is also a great option and pretty much the standard for new construction projects but also has a little bit higher price tag when compared to using a high-quality silicone coating. Many of the skylights in place on the building were in bad condition and contributed to the problems with the leaks. We included removing and installing new skylights in our agreement.

When Folsom’s Lakeside Church management was faced with an aged and failing roof, many other roofers would want to do a roof replacement or reroof. While tearing off the old flat roof and installing a new rolled or TPO roof would be one way to go, Level 1 Roofing, offers options when sending bids for any roof. Here is a quick rundown of the silicone roof restoration process and how it is different from a typical roof replacement. We do not need to have to perform the costly removal of the existing roof.
